Daiano - Ville di Fiemme
The small village of Daiano is located two kilometers above Cavalese
Daiano, in addition to being the sunniest town in the Valley, is also known as a tourist destination, home to the Maso dello Speck.
Since 2020 Daiano has been unified with the towns of Varena and Carano and together they now form the VILLE DI FIEMME.
The Residence Miramonti is located in the town center, 50 meters from the bus stop and the ski bus in winter. Next to the Residence there is a bakery/café and in the surroundings you will also find a minimarket, a pizzeria-restaurant and a bank with ATM.
The easiest ski lifts to reach are Alpe Cermis and Pampeago / Obereggen (Ski Center Latemar). The position of Daiano is strategic to reach Passo Lavazè and Passo Oclini, which in winter offer the possibility of practicing cross country and alpine skiing, while in summer numerous walks and excursions with breathtaking views.
In addition, the brand new roller ski center was recently opened in Lavazè, a 3 km track at 1808 meters above sea level.
Not far from Daiano we find the famous Cross Country Center of Lago di Tesero that hosted three Nordic Ski World Championships, offers space annually for the Tour de Ski and has been chosen among the destinations for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
Starting directly on foot from the Residence Miramonti you can reach the paths of: THE HIDDEN WOOD. Right above the village of Daiano, you can discover the friends who are waiting for you and hide among the firs and larches in the paths .
